  • Liver disease in the active phase, as well as persistent elevations of liver transaminases of unknown etiology;
  • Concomitantly with inhibitors of the CYP3A4, including erythromycin, itraconazole, clarithromycin, ketoconazole, HIV protease inhibitors, nefazodone and telithromycin;
  • Hypersensitivity to the Vasilip.

Vasilip used with caution in:

  • History of liver disease;
