Structure and Composition

Tulip is produced in the form of round tablets, film-coated 10 mg, 20 mg, 40 mg.

Atorvastatin calcium - the main active ingredient of the drug.

Accessories: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, sodium, polysorbate 80, colloidal silicon dioxide, sodium Valium, magnesium oxide heavy, magnesium stearate.

The pharmacological action of the drug Tulip

According to the instructions Tulip has a lipid-lowering, cholesterol-lowering and antiatherosclerotic action:

  • synthesis and lowers total cholesterol (30-45%);
  • It reduces the number of synthesis and LDL particles in the blood plasma (40-60%);
  • lowers Tg (by 14-30%), and apolipoprotein B (30-50%);

Tulip should be used with caution in electrolyte imbalance, metabolic and endocrine disorders, hypotension, uncontrollable seizures, severe infections, trauma and surgery, chronic alcoholism.
