Pharmacological action Teraflex

The structure includes two terafleks active ingredient - chondroitin sulphate and glucosamine.  Teraflex per pack
   Both enhance regeneration (recovery) of the cartilage of the articular surfaces of degenerative lesions.

Glucosamine is involved in the formation of glycosaminoglycans (including hyaluronic acid) which form the basis of cartilage. Acting as antioxidants, it protects cartilage from destruction by oxygen radicals, which are formed during inflammation. Also glucosamine protects the cartilage articular surfaces from the damaging effects of metabolic products using non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and glucocorticoids. Chondroitin sulfate belongs structurally to the group of the mucopolysaccharides. It reduces the activity of cartilage-destroying enzymes. Glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate complex potentiate each other's effect.

The drug is absorbed from the digestive tract and reaches its maximum concentration in serum after 4 hours, and in synovial fluid after 4 - 5 hours. Indications Teraflex

The drug is used in treatment of diseases of bones and joints in the presence of degenerative changes in the cartilage. These include - osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, spondylosis, osteochondrosis and other degenerative dystrophic diseases of the spine. Good reviews Teraflex got in the practice of post-traumatic states - it accelerates callus formation and, consequently, a fusion of bones in fractures.
