Polydex drops

Polydex (Polydexa) - pharmacological combination drug for the treatment of otitis media.

Structure and Composition

According to the instructions Polydex comes in the form of ear drops. The drug is a combination of corticosteroids (dexamethasone) and antibacterials (aminoglycosides - neomycin and cyclic polypeptide - polymyxin B).

100 ml Polydex comprises: neomycin sulfate 1 g (650000ME), polymyxin B 1000000 IU, dexamethasone sodium metasulfobenzoata 0, 1, besides the principal components of the drug include excipients (citric acid, thiomersal, macrogol, polysorbate, purified water 1 N sodium hydroxide solution).

Externally Polydex solution is clear, light yellow liquid that foams under agitation.

Pharmacological action Polydex
