Pharmacological action

The active substance Lorageksala has antihistamine effect. Lorageksal of reviews does not possess anticholinergic and central action, and does not cause drowsiness and has no effect on attention, psychomotor function, mental capacity and performance.

Product form

Lorageksal produced in the form of white oval tablets marked «LT», containing 10 mg of active ingredient loratadine. Excipients - corn starch, lactose monohydrate, colloidal silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate. At 7 and 10 tablets in blisters.

Dosing Lorageksala

Lorageksal taken orally in the following doses:

  • Children 2-12 years - 5 mg Lorageksala a day;
  • Adults and children over 12 years of age or weighing more than 30 kg - 1 tablet per day.
