Structure and Composition Ftorafur

The drug release  Packing Ftorafur
 in the form of hard gelatin capsules, orange and yellow cap body. One capsule contains active ingredient - tegafur 400 mg.

Pharmacological action

According to the instructions Ftorafur is an antineoplastic drug that violates the synthesis of RNA and DNA. Hydrolysis formed fluorouracil, which inhibits DNA synthesis and enzyme thymidylate instead uracil RNA introduced into the structure to form a defect, inhibits cell proliferation.
