Pharmacological action

 Bellalgin is a tool that is applicable for functional gastrointestinal disorders.

This drug effectively relieves pain and spasms that accompany diseases of the digestive system. Bellalgin has local anesthetic, antacid (neutralizes the hydrochloric acid gastric juice), analgeziruyushem and antispasmodic effect.

The main active ingredients of the drug are benzocaine (reduces sensitivity), metamizol sodium (blocks cyclooxygenase), an extract of belladonna (blocks m-cholinergic receptors), sodium hydrogen carbonate (antacid).

Application Bellalgina reduces locomotor activity and tone of the smooth muscles of the digestive tract, reduce the secretion of exocrine glands, neutralize the free hydrochloric acid.

Indications Bellalgina

This drug is effective in dyspeptic disorders (intestinal colic, epigastric pain, belching, heartburn) that accompany:

  • gastritis with high acidity;
  • gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcers;
  • spastic colitis;
  • cholelithiasis.

Bellalgin is available in tablet form.

This product is intended for short-term symptomatic use in connection with this application duration determined by the physician individually. When properly chosen tactics of treatment symptoms should pass within 3-5 days.

According to the instructions, Bellalgin should be taken 2-3 times a day 1 tablet after meals. Single dose for adults should not exceed 3 tablets, and daily - 10 tablets.

Side effects
