Release form and composition
Amikacin is produced in powder form and ready solution for intramuscular and intravenous administration.
The active ingredient in the composition of the drug acts in the form of amikacin sulfate (1 ml - 250 mg). Supporting components are:
- Sodium bisulfite;
- Sodium citrate for injection;
- Water for Injection;
- Sulfuric acid dilution.

Dosage and Administration
Amikacin intramuscularly or intravenously administered every 8 hours of 5 mg / kg every 12 hours or at 7, 5 mg / kg.
